Shulman + Associates values its collaboration with artists on shared projects, and in the design of galleries, art centers, private collections and museums. For the 5th year in a row, the firm has asked an artist to use its Design District office building as a canvas for a site-specific installation during Art Basel Miami Beach in December.  
 
This year, Amsterdam-based artist X-O will bring his ongoing traveling art project Beautiful Times to S+A's office façade.  A highly site-specific project, he makes "lost object" sculptures from discarded materials found in and around the area where these works find their temporary lives. For this piece, he will collect materials from the many construction sites of the Design District. X-O's project is in support of the Morgan Adams Foundation and the Ladybird Johnson Wildflower Center.
